Almost Home

We’re on the last leg of our journey. Incredible. In less than an hour we’ll arrive at our new home in the Big City. At every stop and visit the past few days, Jeremiah has run about shouting, “Home! Miah home!”. He’s ready to arrive.

I feel good. Balanced. Hopeful. It’s been a really great trip with refreshing and beautiful moments with friends. There’s so much good ahead of us, and I’m so ready to run to it. It hardly makes sense, but as of yesterday morning we feel a growing freedom. The ranch is behind us (literally and figuratively) and it’s all going to be alright. I’m gaining a sense of perspective and calm and even realizing that, in the greater picture of life and Spirit, we’re more than fine and things aren’t so crazy.

There’s much more to share from the heart and mind, but that will come in the days ahead. For now I’ll savour this last hour of transition as unknown becomes reality and the Lamp shines toward the next step.

Thankful for the Good, the True, the Beautiful!

    So happy for you.
    We are still waiting.
    Trying to move forward.
We should have some solid answers by the end of this week. It’s been a long road and I long to be home.
Knowing it may be nearing the end, I struggle in these last days to just be in the moment when I would so much rather be a few months down the road. Trying not to think about not having answers soon and this continuing as is.
In the midst, I am also thankful for the Good, the True and the Beautiful.
