GreenValley Coffee: Better Beans for a Better World

It’s difficult to sum up what GreenValley is in one page. Basically, it’s coffee, it’s us, it’s global/organic thinking, and it’s crazy good. Legally it’s our coffee roasting company. Personally it’s our hobby and reputation and attempt and backup. Today it’s our morning fuel and question (Like, do we expand? Wait? Stop? Hmm….).

We roast organic fair trade beans, sell them locally, drink them daily, and share it freely whenever we can. We really love our coffee.

There’s a lot more to it, like: how we put everything on the line and couldn’t quite live off it in the midst of new demands from the city/health so we moved to the middle of nowhere to care for some other folk’s ranch and slowly build our business till we could move ahead with life and everything else without incurring crazy debt…., but hey, that’s another 60, 000 words or so for another day.
